Gute Unterkunft mit Verbesserungspotential

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt. Am Ortseingang, unmittelbar am Rande des Naturschutzgebietes und darum eher ruhig. Wenig Straßenlärm. Und dennoch sehr nah zum Hafen. Super Lage. Die Wohnung war sauber und schön geräumig. Die Einrichtung komplett IKEA und sehr simpel. Die Küchenausstattung auch sehr einfach und alt. Sollte ausgetauscht werden.

Ruhige aber sehr gute Lage mit toll eingerichteter, großer Wohnung

Pros: + Eckbalkon über zwei Seiten + Bettwäsche für Sommer und Winter + Waschmaschine + ausreichend Platz in allen Zimmern + großer Kühlschrank mit großem Eisfach + gutes WLAN und Smart-TV + kurzer Weg zum Strand + viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten + Lage ein Stück weg vom "Massentourismus" + Parken vor der Tür + Bushaltestelle um die Ecke + Klimaanlage in allen Räumen (Schlafräume mit Ventilator und separaten Klimaanlagen) Cons: - relativ hellhörige Bauweise (Stühle rücken in den Nachbarwohnungen war gut zu hören - ggf. würde Filz unter den Stühlen helfen)
