We warmly welcome you to Villa Marica, featuring a hot tub, a grill terrace, a chill-out lounge with hammocks and lounge chairs—perfect for larger groups,
large families, small families, or groups of friends—with the option of a sauna and hot tub in the indoor spa area. We’re located right on Crikvenica Beach, just 30 meters from the free, child-friendly section of the beach, which is equipped with inflatable play structures, children’s trampolines, restaurants, beach bars, beach volleyball, and a soccer field.
We’re just a 500-meter walk from the bus station, 50 meters from a grocery store, and 600 meters from the city center.
The Flat Deluxe offers free Wi-Fi even on the spacious terrace, the barbecue terrace, and the chill-out lounge terrace with an outdoor hot tub. The entire area covers approximately 300 m² and serves as a feel-good oasis. These feel-good oases are equipped with LED ambient lighting. Villa Marica features 10 individually fully equipped apartments, each of which includes a kitchenette with a refrigerator, air conditioning, satellite TV, an adjustable bed, and a dining table.
