Have came to this resort 4 times and have always had a great time. This time was totally not the same as the past. Before booking I messaged the host to ask what kind of room this was and they told me the room would be assigned at check like one would be in a hotel. So once booked it ask for request; so requested ocean view and high floor. This room end up being an interior room. And not once did the (Resort/host) ever reach out to let me know it was an interior room and you can’t see outside. The resort/hotel blames the host and the host blamed the resort/host for me being assigned an interior room. If someone would have reach out and told me it was interior I would have rebooked another room. The whole reason came to the beach was to see the ocean and felt like I was in a closet. Had no day light in the room at all no window.
