Nice, clean, comfortable, and great open living/dining/kitchen area for 2 families. Entire back is deep water (6 ft) bulk head with wood walkway to dock your boats. Had 2 boats 23’ and 25’ docked with room left. Only issues I had were the listing says pet friendly and I contacted host and he said pets not allowed at all. Also I was lucky enough to be first person to rent since it changed rental management companies and some things had to be sorted initially but luckily emerald coast vacation rentals (Brad) was very helpful and worked out all issues with 1 phone call. Had great stay for remainder of trip.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the clean and comfortable home, spacious open living area, and especially the deep-water access and dock space for your boats. It sounds like you made great use of the property! We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the pet policy and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’ll make sure the listing information is clear and accurate going forward. We’re also grateful for your patience as we transitioned to a new management company. We’re glad Brad was able to quickly resolve everything and help get the remainder of your stay back on track. Thank you again for staying with us—we’d love to welcome you and your family back for another great stay!
