The property was a very nice studio. The owner was very helpful especially since there was a big storm moving through the area. The fenced in yard was perfect for a service dog to exercise after a long day. We would reccomend this property to anyone staying in Amarillo.

Described as the pictures clean beautiful cozy place. Host communicated with me, especially knowing my 2 daughters was on their first road trip driving through from Colorado. She made me feel so much better with them stopping after driving 6 hours and had 6 hours left for home.

What a perfect stop-over for our trip! The host is SO great—got the place cool for us before we arrived, and there is a small yard that was a perfect spot to sit and play with our pup. Will stay again 10/10!

Host ensured that the house had the AC blowing when we got there. Check in was just arriving and using the code to open the door. I had no issues and loved my stay here. It is cute, reasonably priced, and in a great location.

The house was wonderful. We stayed overnight on our way to northern NM. The fully fenced backyard was perfect for our dog. Communicating with Carol was a dream and we certainly took advantage of her recommendation for El Tejavan on I40 west. Try the combo fajitas. All in all a great experience. We will be back. Thank you, Carol

This was the second time we stayed in the house in 3 weeks. Everything was the same as the first time (which I previously reviewed) and I would recommend the house. Will try and stay there again the next time we are coming through town.
