This bright 2-room apartment on the ground floor of the Strandläufer building offers a comfortable holiday home for up to four people in approximately 45 m². An open-concept living area, the separate bedroom, and the adjoining southeast-facing balcony create a pleasant setting for couples and small families. Guests with dogs will also find this a wonderful base for a relaxing holiday in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck.


Living [&] Cooking
The combined living, cooking, and dining area forms the cosy heart of the apartment. After an outing or a day at the Baltic Sea, you can unwind wonderfully on the comfortable recliner sofa and enjoy your holiday together. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment and makes the living area a pleasant retreat for relaxing moments.


The open kitchen is fully equipped and features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The shared dining area offers plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or a cosy dinner.


The reclining sofa can be used as a sleeping space for two additional people if needed. This brings the total number of sleeping spots in the apartment to four.


Southeast-facing balcony
The balcony adjoins the living area directly, adding a lovely outdoor space to the apartment. Here, you can start your day in peace, take a short break in between, or sit together over a drink.


Thanks to its southeast orientation, the balcony offers a pleasant spot to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and peaceful moments outdoors.


Sleeping
A double bed (160 × 200 cm, two separate mattresses) awaits you in the separate bedroom. Together with the sleeping area in the living room, the apartment offers enough space for a stay with up to four people.


For families with small children, a travel cot for children up to 3 years old can be added to your reservation at no extra charge.


To ensure a relaxing start to your holiday, everything will be ready upon your arrival: The beds are freshly made, and a bath towel and a small hand towel are provided for each guest.


Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. A hair dryer is also available, ensuring that even the practical aspects of everyday holiday life are taken care of.

Location [&] Surroundings
The Strandläufer house is located in a very quiet residential area in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck, offering pleasant conditions for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle. At the same time, you won’t have to go far for daily necessities: shopping options are right nearby, making it easy to take care of your daily needs.


The Baltic Sea is also within easy reach. After about 900 metres, you’ll reach the fine-sand beach where you can enjoy a day by the sea. The green surroundings and the paths leading towards the coast also invite you to take walks and short bike rides.


The location is especially pleasant for guests travelling with dogs: You can set out on long walks right from the quiet residential area and explore the Ahlbeck area together.


A special bonus

When you book, you’ll receive your personal UsedomCard (visitor’s card) about one week before arrival.
With your visitor’s card, you can use the Kaiserbäderline buses within the Ostseebad Heringsdorf municipal area free of charge. Simply leave your car behind and discover the Kaiserbäder at your own leisure. Another truly special experience is the hop-on-hop-off boat from Bansin to Świnoujście (Poland), which you can use for free between the pier from April through October.
