This stylishly furnished apartment on the garden level of the historic Villa Waldschloss offers plenty of space—approximately 80 m²—for families or up to six people. Three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the spacious living area ensure pleasant comfort and ample privacy, even with multiple guests. High-quality materials, real wood parquet flooring, and carefully selected details lend the apartment an atmosphere that is both elegant and cosy.


Living [&] Dining
The spacious living area invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa set. A special highlight is the gas fireplace, which creates a cosy atmosphere, especially on cooler days. A flat-screen TV is also available.


The kitchen, custom-built by a local cabinetmaker, blends harmoniously into the apartment’s high-quality ambiance. Amenities include an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.


The adjacent dining area seats six people and provides the perfect setting for shared meals and cosy evenings.


Terrace
The private terrace extends the living area outdoors and offers a pleasant spot for relaxing in the fresh Baltic Sea air.


Sleeping
Three tastefully furnished bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds ensure restful nights and sweet holiday dreams. With a total of six comfortable sleeping spots, the whole family or a group of friends will find plenty of room to relax here.


The first two bedrooms feature box-spring beds measuring 200 × 200 cm and 180 × 200 cm, while the third bedroom offers a cosy box-spring bed measuring 160 × 200 cm. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV, while spacious closets offer plenty of storage for your holiday wardrobe.


For families with small children, you have the option to add a travel cot for children up to 3 years old for a fee.


To ensure your holiday begins the moment you arrive, we’ve thought of everything: The beds are freshly made upon your arrival, and a shower towel and a small hand towel are provided for each guest. This way, you can arrive, unpack, and feel completely at home right away.


Comfort with Two Bathrooms
Especially when holidaying with several people, the two bathrooms offer noticeably more comfort.


The spacious main bathroom features dark natural stone tiles, light-colored bathroom fixtures, and brass hardware, and includes a comfortable shower pan. The second bathroom is accessible directly from one of the bedrooms as an en suite bathroom and is equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet. A hair dryer is also provided.


Sauna [&] Relaxation
Even beyond the warm summer days, the villa offers the perfect setting for relaxing moments. The in-house sauna is located just a few steps from the apartment and can be easily reached in a dressing gown and slippers—ideal for a relaxing break after a long walk on the beach or a day enjoying the fresh Baltic Sea air.

The historic Villa Waldschloss is located in a pleasantly quiet yet central area of the seaside resort of Bansin. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, as well as bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and small shops, are within easy walking distance.



There is a tennis court just about 150 metres from the house. The nearby beech forest also offers excellent opportunities for walks, short discovery tours with children, or a jog through the greenery—a beautiful combination of nature, relaxation, and a central location.
