This bright 2-room apartment on the ground floor of the Strandläufer building offers a cosy holiday home for up to three people in approximately 40 m². The practical floor plan, the balcony with morning sun, and the pleasantly quiet location make the apartment a lovely retreat for couples, small families, or a holiday for two with a dog.


Living [&] Cooking
The open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area is where you’ll spend time together during your holiday. A comfortable sofa invites you to kick back after a day at the beach or a long walk. A flat-screen TV is available for relaxing evenings in front of the screen.


The integrated kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your own meals on holiday, including a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. In the dining area, you can enjoy breakfast together, have a meal, or wind down comfortably in the evening.


The sofa can be used as an extra sleeping space if needed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to three people in total.


Balcony with morning sun
The living area opens directly onto the adjoining balcony. Its orientation towards the morning sun makes it a particularly lovely spot for your first cup of coffee or a relaxed breakfast in the fresh air.


Later in the day, the balcony also offers a pleasant retreat for reading a bit, enjoying the peace and quiet, or reflecting on the day’s holiday experiences.


Sleeping
The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 × 200 cm, two separate mattresses) and offers a quiet place for restful nights.


For families with small children, you can add a travel cot for children up to 3 years old at no extra charge.


To ensure a relaxed start to your holiday, everything will be ready upon your arrival: The beds will be freshly made, and a shower towel and a small hand towel will be provided for each guest.


Bathroom
The bathroom features a shower and toilet. A hair dryer is also provided and available for your use during your stay.

Location [&] Surroundings
The Strandläufer house is located in a very quiet residential area in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle. At the same time, you won’t have to go far for daily necessities: shopping options are very close by, making it easy to take care of your daily needs.


The Baltic Sea is also within easy reach. After about 900 metres, you’ll reach the fine-sand beach where you can enjoy a day by the sea. The green surroundings and the paths leading towards the coast also invite you to take walks and short bike rides.


The location is especially pleasant for guests with dogs: You can set out on long walks right from the quiet residential area and explore the Ahlbeck area together.


A special bonus

When you book, you’ll receive your personal UsedomCard (spa card) about one week before arrival.
With your spa card, you can ride the Kaiserbäderlinie buses for free within the municipality of Ostseebad Heringsdorf. Just leave your car behind and explore the Kaiserbäder at your leisure. Another truly special experience is the hop-on-hop-off boat from Bansin to Świnoujście (Poland), which you can use for free between the piers from April through October.
