Haus und Außenanlage waren sehr schön, leider jedoch konnte die Erdgeschoßwohnung nur über 5 Stufen

Pros: Haus und Außenanlage waren sehr schön, leider jedoch konnte die Erdgeschoßwohnung nur über 5 Stufen erreicht werden, was mit Gepäck oder Rolator schwierig ist. Auch der Weg von der Wohnung zur Terasse ist nur über 3 Stufen erreichbar.

Perfekt, wenn man mit Hund anreist

Pros: Wir hatten die untere Wohnung, mit direktem Zugang zum See. Die Wohnung ist schön geräumig, sauber, pflegeleicht und im Sommer kühl. Das Wetter war auch toll. Wir hatten auch immer einen Parkplatz. Cons: Die Spinnweben. Der Abfluss der Dusche bedarf einer gründlichen Reinigung.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage mit einigen Schwächen.

Pros: Die Lage direkt am Rhein ist wirklich schön. Der Garten mit Wasserzugang lädt zum Verweilen ein und das Strandbad ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und auch die flexible Handhabung bezüglich eines zusätzlichen Gastes hat uns positiv überrascht. Cons: Das Schlafzimmer liegt direkt an der Straße und ist der einzige Raum ohne Rollläden, wodurch es morgens sehr hell und laut ist. Zusätzlich sorgt der angrenzende landwirtschaftliche Betrieb für eine dauerhaft vorhandene Geräuschkulisse. Die Wohnung lässt sich aufgrund der Fensteranordnung nur schwer durchlüften, Insektenschutz an den Fenstern fehlt. Zudem war die Badlüftung sehr laut und die Wassertemperatur beim Duschen schwankte teilweise stark.

Alles in allem wie gewohnt schön.

Pros: Die Wohnung wurde noch mal teilweise renoviert (neue Türen, Boden im Wohnzimmer). Und die Lage in der Nähe des Bodensee ist ein Traum! Cons: Es gibt nichts zu meckern.

Sehr schöne Lage, schöne Wohnung mit tollem Wintergarten.

Pros: Sehr schöne Lage, schöne Wohnung mit tollem Wintergarten. Cons: Mini Essplatz in der Küche, sogar für 2 Personen sehr klein. Gastgeber hat auf meine Anfrage zum Checkin nicht reagiert. Also bin ich einfach hin. Die Haustür stand offen, der Wohnungsschlüssel steckte - also easy. Der Gastgeber hat sich nicht sehenlassen, bzw. vorgestellt. Auch in der Wohnung kein Herzlich Willkommen o.ä., nur die Aufforderung, den Anmeldeschein sofort auszufüllen. Die Spülmaschine war sehr verschmutzt. Ich habe die Siebe gereinigt und mußte den Spülvorgang wiederholen. Stolzer Preis über 170 Euro pro Übernachtung…

Nettes Haus in guter Lage

Pros: Bemerkenswert ist die Ruhe und die Wasser Nähe Cons: Leider knarrt die Badtüre sehr laut und die Couchgarnitur ist doch schon ganz schön durchgesessen, das Material abgenutzt, da wäre mal eine neue Sitzgelegenheit fällig.
