Review of stay deficiencies

Location: fine Keys: informed the keys are in the box at the entry, got the code. Actually no keys there, so on Friday evening >19:00 we have to call contact again, ask & wait for keys about 30 min. Wi-Fi: was promised available during the booking. IN reality it was unstable, bad quality, no login & password in the apartment, we had to use mobile to ask T. by email, got wrong password and request it again. The shower: Drain is clogged with debris, water floods the entire floor.
