About this property

Welcome to our charming vacation apartment in Potsdam Babelsberg! It is situated on the top floor of a traditional weaver's house dating back to 1761, lovingly restored in 2007. It features modern floor heating, parquet flooring, a fitted kitchen, a new bathroom, and sleeping accommodations for 3-6 people. The balcony, along with the nearby UNESCO Park Babelsberg invites our guests to spend a few hours in the green during the summer.

Absolutely stunning!

Amazing, cozy, and clean energy. The host was so good at communicating and the location is central to so many lovely places. Completely worth it!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in perfekter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Sehr tiefe schräge Wände ermöglichten einen schlechten Zugang zu den Betten, ansonsten ein schönes großes Wohnzimmer. Das Bad ist erneuerungsbedürftig, vor allem der Sichtschutz ist diletanttisch. Unter dem Kühlschrank befand sich etwas ekeliches nicht definierbares.

Schön und verbesserungsfähig

Schöne Wohnung in einem alten Viertel von Potsdam/Babelsberg, unkomplizierter, schneller und freundlicher Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Kleine Mankos der Wohnung: Große Handtücher nur gegen Aufpreis (wegen Klima - aber warum dann überhaupt?), sehr wackeliges WLan, dadurch auch kein TV (wer's braucht ...), ein Schlafzimmer sehr hell, da teilweise ohne Vorhänge, ein Sofa schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Ausstattung (Weingläser) noch ausbaufähig - alles Dinge, die mit überschaubaren Investitionen zu beheben sein sollten. Parkplätze vor der Tür vorhanden, aber nur gegen Gebühr.
