Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, TV, air conditioning, heating, as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and high chair are also available.



Please note that cleaning service is not provided, but for stays longer than 7 days, towels and bed linen can be supplied. The apartment features a private balcony. There is also a large shared garden with a table and chairs, sun loungers, and a barbecue below the property, accessible via the stairs to the left of the building.



The property is within walking distance of Gialia and Piso Gialia beaches (please note that the latter is accessible via a steep staircase). In addition, the surrounding area offers a variety of scenic hiking trails.



Free on-street parking is available. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed. Smoking is not permitted in this property. Please respect quiet hours and be considerate of other guests.
