Our cosy, very modern, well-appointed, and attractively decorated holiday rental (semi-detached house) is located on the outskirts of the health resort town of Freyung in the Kreuzberg district—at the gateway to the national park—with a beautiful view—in the tri-state area bordering the Czech Republic and Austria. It’s ideal for a relaxing holiday in a well-maintained and welcoming atmosphere. Friendliness, warmth, and hospitality—that’s exactly what you’d expect from a holiday in the Bavarian Forest. On our terrace, you can leave your daily routine behind and recharge your batteries. It’s important to us that our guests feel at home from the very first day and can unwind from the stresses of everyday life. Our holiday rental, with its beautiful view, is located in a quiet yet central area. From here, you can set out directly on many hikes and activities. Shopping options include the village store—just 50 metres away, offering regional products—as well as other stores about 3 km away (Lidl, chemist, bakery). The bus stop is within walking distance. In just a 5-minute drive, you’ll be in the centre of Freyung. Dog owners can enjoy nature right from the front door, taking their four-legged friends on long walks through meadows, forests, and fields. Numerous, well-marked hiking trails begin in the immediate vicinity. Our 120-square-meter holiday rental is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house, featuring a beautiful, approximately 40-square-meter terrace, and is for your exclusive use. The open-concept kitchen-living area, complete with a dining area and modern living space, accommodates up to 6 people. The terrace, furnished with lounge furniture, a garden grill (charcoal provided), and a heated inflatable hot tub, is the perfect spot to relax. All three bedrooms feature a box-spring bed each. Bed linens, dressing gowns, hand towels, and bath towels are provided. Payment is due in advance via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. A 25% deposit may be charged after booking. The holiday home is available for check-in starting at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival; check-out is by 10:00 AM.Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. The key will be provided via a key code, which will be sent to you in advance by email. Pets are allowed (5 EUR per night per pet). A cot can be provided upon request (free of charge).A visitor’s tax of 3.00 EUR per day per adult and 1.50 EUR per day for children over 6 years of age is payable on site. Stays of 3 nights or more are possible with a one-time surcharge (cleaning fee) of 90.00 EUR. Starting with the 4th night, the final cleaning is included. The prices listed in the booking confirmation apply. Included in the price are: bed linens, dressing gowns, hand and bath towels, tea towels, water, electricity, use of the hot tub, and final cleaning.
