The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place garbage in bins located in storage room off of carport. Keep door locked; otherwise bears may get into them and make a huge mess. Leave storage room key on the hook by the door.
HELP our environment! Leave note on unused beds & towels to reduce water/environmental impact. Place USED towels in the downstairs bathtub. Set thermostat to 78 summer; 68 winter.
CHECK PERSONAL ITEMS BEFORE DEPARTURE!! I can contact our cleaners to mail it to you, but it costs $50 for their time + the cost of shipping. Otherwise we donate item to local charities.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet time from 9 pm to 9 am. No loud music at anytime.
Bears occasionally get into dumpsters/cans. We ask that you help us keep our neighborhood clean by picking up any scattered trash on the property.

Our host was THE BEST!! The property was immaculate and so lovely! We had some car trouble and Jay was so accommodating and added another night at a discounted rate!! We cannot recommend this property and host enough. We will definitely be back.
