For the most wonderful time of the year. This comfortably furnished apartment is located on the 6th floor / penthouse level. The furnished east-facing balcony offers you the best view of the Baltic Sea.
The living room features a cosy sitting area, a sofa set, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV. In an alcove at the back of the living room, there are two single beds (90x200 cm) with nightstands. A curtain separates this area. The furnished balcony spans the entire width of the living/dining room. The children’s room features one bunk bed (90x200 cm), which is suitable for one adult (bottom) and one child (top). A modern shower room is sure to impress. The apartment includes an outdoor parking space right next to the building. An lift takes you up to the apartment. Pets are not allowed. This property is a non-smoking apartment located on the 6th floor of Building 1.
