We offer you a comfortable apartment in a quiet, sunny, and central
location with views of the Soiern and Ester Mountains.

Details about the holiday rental:
Cosy, well-furnished apartment (29 sqm) on the 2nd floor / attic.
The living/sleeping area is furnished with a Swiss stone pine bed (W 160 / L 200), a couch, and a spacious built-in closet.

The separate kitchen with a small counter is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, etc.).
Small bathroom with shower and toilet.
The balcony faces northeast.

Sufficient bed linens, hand towels, and tea towels are provided.
Parking available at the house.

Bread and drink service available upon request.

The town centre, with shops, restaurants, and a bus stop, is just a few minutes’ walk from our house.

Krün is located in the heart of the Bavarian Alps between the Zugspitze and the Karwendel. Our house is a great starting point for a wide variety of activities. Wonderful cycling and mountain biking tours, as well as mountain hikes and walks, begin right outside the door.
During the swimming season, numerous mountain lakes invite you to take a dip. For surfers and divers, the Walchensee is also just a few kilometres away. A 9-hole golf course is located in the neighbouring town of Wallgau.
During the winter season, the cross-country ski trail (classic and skating styles) begins right at the house. Winter sports enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy in the nearby ski resorts.
Thanks to its favourable elevation (approx. 900 m), our valley usually guarantees snow and offers many fog-free, sunny days.

Warm welcome in beautiful area.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The owners are a very welcoming and generous couple. The accommodation is furnished to a high standard and was very clean, with everything we needed. We will miss sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. Its a great base from which to explore all the area has to offer. We didnt want to leave. Thank you so much.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Recht klein und eng, aber für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Toller Balkon mit Ausblick. Top ausgestattete Küche. Gutes Bett aus Zirbenholz (angenehmer Duft). Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Top Lage in Krün (5-10 Minuten zum Bäcker und Getränkemarkt mit kleiner Frischetheke) und man kann direkt von der FeWo aus Touren starten (z.B. zur sehenswerten Hüttlebachklamm). In 10 Minuten ist man in Mittenwald, Bus in Kurtaxe mit drin (5 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle). Bei der Anreise waren die Räume angenehm vorgewärmt und es gab sogar Kuchen. Frau und Herr Funk sind super freundlich und herzlich. Insgesamt absolute Empfehlung, vor allem bei dem top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir bereits von den super netten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern erwartet. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Check-in war entsprechend problemlos. Die sehr saubere Wohnung mit der kompletten Ausstattung in ruhiger und sehr schöner Lage war ein Schnäppchen. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberfamilie.Absolut perfekte Wohnung, es fehlte an nichts.Sehr saubere und gemütliche Wohnung ,Bett nicht durchgelegen ,haben wunderbst geschlafen .Zur Begrüßung gab es selbst gebackenen Kirschlikuchen und auf dem Tisch standen frische Rosen.Wo findet man das noch???Kommen sehr gerne wieder.Super Preis Leistung s Verhältnis.

Die Fammilie Funk sind sehr nett und hielfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung ist Super, klein aber geräumich, mit allem was man braucht ausgesttatet, die Küche, Das Bett, die Dusche und WC.Gute aussicht vom Balkon. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Kurzurlaub

Es war einfach großartig gewesen. Die herzliche sowie freundliche Begrüßung von Frau Funk und das sich sofort Willkommen und zu Hause fühlen war wirklich sehr angenehm. Leckere Kuchenstücke haben auf uns gewartet und tolle Ideen zu unserer Wanderlust wurden gleich an uns weitergegeben. Die Einrichtung der Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ruhige Lage und der Blick auf die Berge sowie der große Balkon waren perfekt. Wären gerne länger geblieben.
