The modern ground-floor holiday rental “Baltic Sunshine” features a large, fenced-in sun garden and a terrace, located right next to the Baltic Sea beach.<br><br>This 104-square-meter holiday haven accommodates up to 6 people plus a baby and features 3 bedrooms—one with an en suite shower room, another with a bathtub, and a guest bathroom. The centrepiece of the home is the light-filled living-dining area, featuring a cosy sofa nook and an electric fireplace with a realistic fire effect. In addition, 2 dogs are welcome.<br><br>The high-quality, fully equipped kitchen is flooded with light thanks to a large serving hatch opening into the living area and a window on the opposite side.<br><br>The well-thought-out floor plan, combined with a harmonious colour scheme, creates a cosy, home-like atmosphere.<br><br>In the garden, in addition to the lawn and terrace, you’ll find a beach chair and a wave lounger for relaxing in the sun. Wir haben 8 Tage Familienurlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung in Kalifornien verbracht. Es war alles perfekt, vom ersten Kontakt vor der Buchung bis zu unserer Abreise. Schade, dass ein Urlaub immer so schnell vorbei ist, denn in der Ferienwohnung hätte man es noch lange aushalten können. Es hat uns Nichts gefehlt, die Wohnung ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr ruhig gelegen. Außer den Möwen hört man Nichts, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Liebe Grüße

Hallo ihr Lieben, Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen in Kalifornien.Die Wohnung schön groß .. in der Küche alles, was das Herz begehrt. Ein toller Garten- leider gerade zur Zeit nicht nutzbar, da es Winter ist und sehr kalt. Ich denke, im Sommer ist’s besonders schön im Garten, da dann Grill, Liege usw genutzt werden können. 50 m und man ist am Meer…wir würden jederzeit wieder hin fahren und unseren Urlaub dort verbringen. Wir können es nur empfehlen. LG aus Nörvenich
