This well-maintained and cosy ground-floor apartment on the ground floor offers plenty of space for up to five guests and one dog. It impresses with its well-thought-out amenities and modern ambiance. Two separate bedrooms ensure privacy and comfort: The first bedroom is furnished with a cosy double bed, while the second has two single beds. Bedding for four people and a set of towels per guest (consisting of one large and one small towel each) are included in the price.

For families with small children, the bedroom with the double bed offers enough space to set up a travel cot you bring with you. An additional sleeping option is available in the living room, where a pull-out sofa can be used as a bed.

The apartment offers free Wi-Fi with a speed of approximately 200 Mbit/s for fast browsing and streaming. Entertainment is provided by a spacious UHD TV (65 inches), which is fully equipped with access to Sky, Netflix, and Paramount+.

The adjoining dining room, accessible directly from the living room via a wide doorway, offers a magnificent view of the garden. Here you can enjoy your meals in a relaxed atmosphere.
