Special place!

We loved our stay with Klaudija and Tomislav. Everything was as in the Description and better. It felt like stepping into your own appartment, so much love for attention and Detail. Our Little Girl loved the Pool which was Perfect for the hot days. The Beach is only 5 Minutes Away on foot, same goes for the Harbour. We Are definetly Coming back. If there were six Stars, I would gladly Award them.

Great stay!

Wir waren mit dieser Unterkunft rundum zufrieden! Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich freundlich und herzlich. Im privaten Garten- und Poolbereich hat man seine absolute Ruhe und kann wunderbar entspannen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt – insgesamt einfach traumhaft schön! Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. ☀️🌴

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt von Anfang an ! Es war wirklich sehr sauber und ordentlich! Kaffee - Nachschub gab es auch ! Geschirrspüler- Tabs haben wir bekommen ! Der Pool war sehr sauber und gepflegt ! Wir können es sehr empfehlen

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern eine Woche in der Unterkunft und super zufrieden! Die ganze Wohnung ist super gepflegt und sauber, der Pool wunderschön. Die Kommunikation hat von Anfang bis Ende herzlich und ohne Probleme stattgefunden. Wir überlegen jetzt schon wieder zu kommen 😊

Major-league holiday!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Njivice sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war äußerst sauber und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Wie auf den Bildern, in top Zustand und wirklich modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der tolle Pool und die Klimaanlage in der Wohnung sind wirklich toll für die heißen Tage. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin war wirklich super freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Kommunikation lief hervorragend. Fußläufig kann man die Innenstadt von Njivice erreichen sowie tolle Restaurants und kleine Läden. Zum Hundestrand sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren, auch dort gab es Tipps der Gastgeberin. Toll zum Baden, super Lage!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit sehr netten Vermietern gehabt. Es war sehr sauber und modern. Alles war wie auf den Fotos. Wir können diese Wohnung wirklich weiter empfehlen, es hat an Nichts gefehlt!!! Das Highlight war der tolle Pool, den wir für uns alleine hatten😍

Great stay!

Friendly host, but misleading information on privacy The apartment itself was nice and the owner on-site was very kind and helpful, especially when we had an issue with ants in the bathroom. However, there are a few things future guests should be aware of: 1. Lack of Privacy: Before booking, I explicitly asked if we would be alone on the property. I was told in writing that there would be 'no other guests, owners and similar.' This was unfortunately not true. The owners live on the first floor directly above the apartment. Since their balcony and windows overlook the pool and garden area, we did not have the total privacy we expected and paid for. 2. Maintenance & Amenities: The toilet seat was broken upon arrival. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi did not reach the bedroom. We also encountered some insects (ants in the bathroom and a large centipede in the bedroom). 3. Parking: The parking situation is very tight if you have a bigger car, we had a relatively smaller car so everything was ok

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Sehr nette Eigentümer. Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Sogar Netflix wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen, es war ein Paradies!

Wir waren fast 1 Woche dort es war so sauber, das war mir sehr wichtig da ich eine kleine Tochter habe. Der Pool war auch sehr schön Lage ist in Ordnung zu fuß zum Strand 10 min aber es ist zu steil um wieder zu Fuß heim zu kommen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr wertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.Der Pool ist schön und sauber.Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Wenn möglich wäre würde ich mehr als fünf Sterne vergeben.
