The holiday rental is centrally located yet situated in a quiet residential area. If you’re travelling by train, it’s just a 5-minute walk from the station. For those arriving by car, a spacious underground car park with a reserved parking spot is available.

The individually furnished “Karwendel-Oase” holiday apartment on the 1st floor offers 78 square metres of space and a large balcony with seating for 4 people, accessible from the kitchen-dining area, bedroom, and living room.
The apartment is ideal for up to 3 people who value separate bedrooms and/or a separate home office. A fourth person can be accommodated upon request.

The building has an lift that conveniently takes you from the underground car park or the ground floor to the ground floor.

The spacious living area invites you to relax and spend time together; it features a 50-inch TV.

In the bedroom, you’ll find a raised double bed from which, upon waking, you’ll gaze out at the Karwendel Mountains bathed in the light of the rising sun.

A study or quiet reading room—which can also be used as a bedroom—features a high-quality sleeper sofa with a slatted frame and mattress (150x200 cm). It includes a height-adjustable desk with a desk chair, perfect for use as a home office while on holiday.

The spacious, new bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a large mirror, various storage options, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer with a wall mount, so you have everything you need within easy reach.

The high-quality kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, induction stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, and various kitchen utensils, is accessible right at the entrance to the apartment via the hallway but is also separated by a small cabinet unit that serves as a privacy screen. The kitchen also features a cosy dining area for 4 people.

In the hallway, you’ll find the entryway with a full-length mirror and a bench for putting on and taking off your shoes. You’ll also have any necessary cleaning supplies—especially a vacuum cleaner—right at your fingertips.

From the balcony facing the Karwendel Mountains, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking mountain view, which you can take in from the cosy seating area.

Your own parking space in the underground garage and a storage room for e-bikes and sports equipment are included in the package. The outdoor facilities also feature outdoor bike racks.
