Relax with the whole family at this wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath house nestled in the farming countryside. Whether you're in the cozy living room, sitting out in the screened in porch, or spending time in the backyard....this house has all the amenities to make your stay an enjoyable one. Cows and calves can be seen for that added country experience. Several local attractions and nearby activities are just 15 minutes away in Oskaloosa, Iowa. Just a short 27 miles from Interstate 80.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please do NOT wash towels. Place all used towels in the laundry basket on top of the washer.
Gather all garbage & recyclables and throw into the bin in front of garage door.
Return tv remote to mantel and sign out of all tv subscriptions. If remote is lost, you will be charged a $25 replacement fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
