Holiday Home Aalweg 6<br><br><br><br>Holiday Home Aalweg 6 / Niendorf:<br><br>*** Welcome to the beautiful Aalweg holiday home in Niendorf on the Baltic Sea. ***<br/><br/>This bright 4-bedroom holiday home, with its 100 m², offers plenty of space for up to 6 people.<br/>Right in the spacious entryway, you’ll find a coat rack, a shoe cabinet, and a mirror. <br/>From here, you can access the living room, which is equipped with a sofa set, a flat-screen TV, ample storage space, a chest of drawers, a reading nook, and an adjoining, bright dining area.<br/>The dining area features comfortable dining chairs and a large, modern dining table, which is also perfect for gathering together or hosting a game night.<br/><br/>The patio and garden invite you to relax.<br/><br/>The living room features a decorative wood-burning stove, which serves purely as a decorative element and must not be lit.<br/><br/>Adjacent to the living room is a separate guest bathroom.<br/><br/>From the living area, you can access a separate room that can be partitioned off with a glass door and blackout curtains. The room is furnished with a large wooden wardrobe and a cosy couch that folds out into a full-size bed.<br/><br/>The separate, fully equipped kitchen features a coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer compartment, oven, and dishwasher. <br/>There is a large kitchen pass-through here, which makes it easy to serve meals to everyone. <br/><br/>The kitchen leads to the first bedroom.<br/>The bedroom is furnished with a cosy double bed, nightstands, and a large built-in wardrobe with ample storage for luggage.<br/><br/>The children’s room is accessible via a separate hallway, which features a full-length mirror and a washing machine available for your use.<br/>The children’s room features a bunk bed (each bed measuring 90x200cm), an additional single bed (90x200cm), and a chest of drawers with a clothes rod.<br/><br/>Exterior blinds are installed in all rooms to ensure maximum sleeping comfort.<br/><br/>The spacious full bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, toilet, and hair dryer.<br/><br/>The daily rate applies to a maximum occupancy of 4 people; each additional person is charged €10 per person per day.<br/><br/>Two parking spaces are available directly at the house.<br/>Wi-Fi is available (no replacement or refund in case of outage or malfunction)<br/>This is a non-smoking apartment.<br/>A well-behaved dog is permitted upon request.
