Modern 1B1B｜FiberWiFi & PS4｜Backyard｜NearStrip
Our gorgeous SINGLE-LEVEL guest suite occupies the ENTIRE first floor of our home in a quiet, newly built Las Vegas neighborhood, with your own PRIVATE entrance and total privacy. You won't share the suite with anyone.
Sleeps up to 7: a bedroom with 2 queen beds, plus a living room with a queen sofa bed and an air mattress. Enjoy super-fast fiber WiFi (940 Mbps), a 55" 4K smart TV, PS4 with games, fitness equipment, a private full bathroom, private laundry (washer & dryer), and your own backyard.
Please note: the suite is attached to our three-story home (you occupy the first floor only) and there is NO kitchen. About 10 minutes to the Strip, the airport, and Town Square.
This is a home, not a party house. No parties, no smoking of any kind, and please respect our neighbors. We're responsive, attentive hosts and here to make your stay wonderful!
