The holiday home "5 Sterne Reetdachhaus Wildröschen", located right next to the Baltic seaside resort of Binz in the small thatched-roof village of Pantow, offers everything you need for a cosy holiday. The charming, 2-storey accommodation consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (with showers) and thus offers space for 6 people. Facilities also include heating, WiFi, a TV, washing machine and tumble dryer. A baby cot and high chair are also available. The accommodation has repeatedly been awarded 5 stars by the DTV.

This holiday home has an approx. 800 m/2 large garden. Which is completely fenced. There are 2 terraces and a separate barbecue area as well as an outdoor shower. Only about 10 % of the garden belongs to the separate 85 m/2 fitness/wellness area at the back of the house, which can be booked additionally if required. This area will not be rented out to third parties during your stay, but exclusive use of this part of the garden cannot be guaranteed if the owner is occasionally present. The enchanting garden features wild rose hedges, classic climbing roses (Boby James) and fine rose bushes.

The holiday home is located close to the beach in a quiet oasis in an idyllic thatched-roof village. The lively Baltic seaside resort of Binz is only a few minutes away by bike, car, bus or on foot. Public transport is within walking distance.

Car parking is available on the property.

One pet is allowed for an additional fee.

Bed linen and towels can be provided for an additional fee.

Smoking and parties are not permitted. Parties with non-booked persons are prohibited in the house and property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the immediate exclusion of all guests and a contractual penalty of at least 1000 euros.
