Welcome to Gästehaus Marianne in Farchant! This charming holiday apartment is located in a lovingly restored house over 300 years old and is furnished in traditional Alpine style. The cozy atmosphere and authentic décor create a special holiday setting for anyone who appreciates genuine Bavarian charm.



The apartment offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and features a shared terrace where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and the peace of nature. Wi-Fi is, of course, available.



The kitchen is well equipped with a stovetop, oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a full range of cookware and dishes. Please note there is no microwave or dishwasher—the kitchen is intentionally classic but provides everything you need to prepare meals.



Thanks to its central location in Farchant, you have ideal access for exploring the Zugspitze region, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, and the many hiking trails and attractions nearby.

Christmas Holiday Fun

Everything from Tollwood, Asamkirche Church and the Deutcches Museum in Munich and Innsbruck Christmas market Garmisch and Olympiaschanze, Lake Eibsee then to top it all off a ride to the top of the Zugspitze. Wonderful time.

Pros: Wir haben uns im Gästehaus Marianne rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und bemüht, die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und tiptop, der gepflegte bunte Garten super für die Kinder, die Lage im Ortskern sehr schön. Außerdem ist die beste Eisdiele der Gegend gleich um die Ecke. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Pros: Sehr luxuriös eingerichtete Ferienwohnung von der offenen Küche, über eine Sauna, bis hin zu einem großen Garten mit Spielplatz für Kinder, Sonnenterrasse und Grillmöglichkeit gibt die Wohnung viel her. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber. Herrlich ist ebenso der Blick vom Balkon auf das Wettersteingebirge. Aber nicht nur die Wohnung ist toll, auch die gesamte Umgebung mit ihrer Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit. Auch zu erwähnen ist die zentrale Lage (Bahnhof,Bäcker,Arzt,Bank,Bus,einkaufen). Als zentraler Punkt läßt sich von hieraus viel unternehmen,ob Sommer oder Winter.

Pros: Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Südbalkon, großer Garten mit Gartenhaus und Grillstation. Von Farchant aus kann man Wanderungen von leicht bis schwer machen. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Österreich. Kommen immer wieder gerne ins Gästehaus Marianne.

Pros: Wir waren 3 Wochen zu Gast.Es ist eine sehr schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnung.Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Trotz kurzfristiger Verschiebung wurde uns kein Aufschlag berechnet.Wir hatten schon für 2018 gebucht ,mußte aber jetzt leider absagen (Krankheit ).Kann diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen,auch der die Lage ist Super.
