The 2,500-square-meter property of Villa La Ginestra is primarily used for growing grapes. There are also fruit trees and olive trees on the grounds. The holiday home consists of the main house, Casa Rossa, which accommodates up to 5 people, and an additional annex that can be rented separately for up to 3 people.

CHARMING VACATION HOME FOR UP TO 8 PEOPLE
MAIN HOUSE CASA ROSSA - On the ground floor of Casa Rossa, there is a solid-wood dining room with a living and reading area, as well as a separate, rustic living room with a fireplace. Adjacent to these are a bathroom, a tastefully furnished kitchen, and a small utility room with a washing machine.

On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom and an open sleeping area with three single beds, each offering access to the large balcony with ocean views, as well as another bathroom. From the balcony, you can access the sunny rooftop terrace with a unique ocean view.

DEPENDANCE – The single-story dependance, which cannot be rented on its own but only as an addition to the main house, features rattan furniture. It has a cosy kitchen-living room with a fireplace, 2 bedrooms (double bed; single bed), and a bathroom (shower/toilet).

OUTDOOR AREA – The outdoor area offers plenty of seating options. Whether in the shade of the pergola in front of the brick pizza oven, on the balcony with a sea view, or under the olive trees—here you’ll find relaxation and can unwind.
You can park your vehicle on the fenced-in property.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The sea is about 4.5 km away; the long sandy beach at Saline is just under a 10-minute drive away. Shopping and restaurants can be found in Pisciotta, about 3 km away.
From Pietralata, a “dead-end village” with no through traffic, hiking trails lead, for example, to Monte Castellucio and the medieval mountain village of Rodio.
