☆"Everything new, modern and tastefully furnished."
The modern flat with a great design has been extensively renovated and awaits you with very high-quality furnishings.
The flat consists of a large living room/bedroom, a large separate kitchen and a new bathroom with rain shower.
In the living/bedroom there is a large 180x200 king-size bed and a super cosy fold-out sofa bed with slatted frame measuring 80x200
There is also a dining table for 3 people and a Smart TV with free Netflix access and a Playstation 4 including various games.
The kitchen has everything you need for cooking: Cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine as well as pots, pans and cutlery, of course.
The bathroom has a large shower & washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is a free car park directly in front of the building. If you are travelling with several cars, there is a large car park directly opposite for €4/day.
Important note: The apartment is located in the immediate city location of Offenbach and is located on a busy street and next to railroad tracks. There are soundproof windows, but for very noise-sensitive people, the apartment may not be suitable!
Offenbach offers a better connection to Frankfurt than some Frankfurt districts do! With the S-Bahn you are within 10-15 minutes in the center of Frankfurt, at the main station and at the fair. You can take the train from the stop "Offenbach Hauptbahnhof" or "Offenbach Marktplatz", which is only a few minutes walk away. In addition, a bus also stops directly in front of the building. The airport is also easily reached by car/taxi in 15 minutes.
If you arrive by car, you will be able to park for free in a parking lot for the apartment. If you arrive with more cars, you can park in the parking garage next door for 7€/day.
Supermarket, gym, bakery, restaurants are all in the immediate vicinity.
