Our house is a lovingly and tastefully renovated Walser house in a dreamlike setting surrounded by nature. With a lot of heart and an eye for detail, we’ve created a place here where young and old alike feel completely at home.
We offer 6 comfortable apartments—ranging from “small & cosy” to “large & exclusive.”, Whether as a couple, with family, or with friends: Our apartments can accommodate 2 to 18 people.

Family holidays with plenty of freedom
We specialise in family holidays. The centrepiece for our guests of all ages is our ABENTEUERALM right next to the house:
There’s plenty to discover on the approximately 1,000 m² fenced-in adventure playground—with a play pond, sandpit, giant swing, trampoline, and barbecue area.
Here, kids can play, get muddy, build things, and explore to their heart’s content: build dams, sail little boats, splash in the water, grill sausages, and just enjoy being outdoors.
In short: (Almost) anything goes here!

A holiday that’s simply good for you
To ensure your holiday gets off to a relaxing start right from the beginning, the bread roll service and the Bregenzerwald Card are included in the price for stays of 3 nights or more.

Perfectly equipped apartments—right on the valley run
We’ve renovated our traditional Walser house with great attention to detail. It was especially important to us to preserve the original character and cosy atmosphere of the house while also providing modern comforts for a completely relaxing holiday.
Six apartments of various sizes accommodate 2 to a maximum of 18 people. All apartments feature fully equipped kitchens and offer the comforts you’d want for a relaxing holiday in the mountains.

Little ones are a big deal here!
Here, even our youngest guests are treated like royalty. Whether it’s a travel cot, baby carrier, high chair, or sleigh—we have (almost) everything families need on holiday.
Right in front of the house, a great sledding and play slope awaits the children. Of course, we’re happy to provide sleighs, shovels, and sledding discs.

Winter holiday right on the slopes
Our apartments are in a prime location in Nesslegg, right on the valley run and just a few steps from the ski bus stop.
This way, your day of winter sports starts off completely relaxed: just strap on your skis and off you go! After an action-packed day on the slopes, the valley run takes you comfortably back almost right to your doorstep.
