If you are here for your family member's military graduation, a family reunion, a floating adventure on one of the many rivers near by or just want a vacation full of relaxation and want somewhere for your entire family to all stay in one place together then this huge 6 bedroom, 3 full bathroom house is for you. Bring the whole family to stay in a spacious house with plenty of room.

This 2 story 4,500 sq foot brick home is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The house will accomodate 24 people. The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom with a queen size bed and a 42 inch TV and a master bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi tub. The second room has a queen bed with a 40 inch TV. The 3rd room has a queen bed with a 45 inch TV. There is a full bathroom in the hallway. The kitchen, dining room and living room with a 65 inch TV are on the 1st floor. Downstairs is another living room with a 55 inch TV, 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The 1st bedroom downstairs has 2 bunk beds. Both bunk beds are full over queen. The 2nd bedroom has 2 bunk beds. Both bunk beds are full over full. The 3rd room downstairs has a queen bed.

You can use the entire house.

All animals MUST be in a crate or kennel if left alone in the house. I can provide wired kennels for you. Absolutely NO animals on furniture or beds.
Please turn off the lights in each room when you leave the house each day to save on the electric bill.
3 areas we do not allow guests, the garage, the storage area downstairs and the supply closet. All 3 doors are locked and have signs posted.

I was stationed here at Fort Leonard Wood and stayed here after I retired since our kids are still in school. I am local so I will be able to handle any issues or problems with the property in a timely manner.

This is a very quiet and charming neighborhood where everyone knows each other and waves to say hello in passing. This house is on the corner of a road that is a cul-de-sac both ways.
