The southwest-facing, child-friendly ****-star holiday apartment "AlpenAppartement Traumzeit," featuring an outdoor pool and hot tub (for an additional fee), is located on the ground floor of a quiet side street and features a spacious, partially covered terrace with an awning, as well as a private garden with a separate garden gate. During their stay, guests have access to a lockable bicycle garage with an e-bike charging station and a free carport located directly next to the house.
The outdoor pool is 1.40 metres deep and features various water attractions, including a grotto with a waterfall, a WetLounge, and much more. The property is centrally located. The town centre, with shops for daily necessities, doctors, pharmacies, and restaurants, as well as the spa park with a Kneipp facility, mini-golf course, and children’s playground, is within walking distance (approx. 500 m); the train station is 1.2 km away, and Lake Chiemsee is 3.0 km away. The nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. Biking and hiking trails start right outside the front door. The Lake Constance–Königsee Bike Trail passes right by the property.
The ****-star holiday apartment “AlpenAppartement Traumzeit” is newly furnished, modernly equipped, and lovingly designed in a country house style—it invites you to feel at home and relax. The approximately 83 m² apartment is ideal for both families and couples. It features a separate bedroom with a double bed, its own smart TV, a large wardrobe, and a separate shoe cabinet, as well as the option to set up a comfortable cot with a high-quality mattress (bedding available upon request). The spacious living room (approx. 25 m²) offers additional sleeping space for up to 2 people. The exclusive fold-out bed features two beds that can be flexibly used as single or double beds and can be set up and taken down in just a few simple steps. This means the spacious living room is fully available for use during the day. It also features a three-piece sofa set (2-seater / 3-seater / ottoman) and a new, large-screen flat-panel TV with streaming services. A special highlight is the soapstone fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area with an Alpine-style corner bench. The high-quality, spacious kitchen also features its own seating area. It is fully equipped with appliances (including a microwave, eye-level oven, fridge-freezer combo, four-burner induction stove, dishwasher, electric kettle, drip coffee maker, Nespresso capsule machine, toaster, egg cooker, blender, multifunction food processor, hand mixer, baby food warmer) and various tableware sets (large dinner set, coffee sets, children’s tableware with cutlery, etc.). Authentic pizza and pasta plates are available for an Italian evening. In addition, the holiday rental is equipped with a wide variety of drinking glasses (water, juice, beer, white wine, red wine, cocktail, sparkling wine, schnapps, and grappa glasses, etc.). For those who like it spicy, a generously stocked spice cabinet is available. The bright, inviting bathroom features a new wall-mounted toilet, a bathtub, a separate shower, a spacious three-door mirrored cabinet, a large vanity, an illuminated makeup mirror, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.
The spacious, sunny, partially covered terrace—featuring an automatic, sensor-controlled awning—and a private garden with its own separate garden gate are furnished with outdoor furniture. In addition, there is storage space for bicycles in a lockable bike garage. A carport directly next to the house is available to guests free of charge. For stays with small children, the holiday rental is equipped with a cot and a high-quality mattress (upon request, a 100x135 cm comforter with a pillow), two high chairs, children’s dishes and cutlery, and a children’s seating area with activities (including art supplies, books, games, and puzzles). These amenities are included in the child’s rate.
Bedding, towels, tea towels, and free Wi-Fi/streaming services are included in the booking price. A vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, ironing board with iron, and shoe-polishing supplies are also available.
