Location:<br>Our holiday home is located in the Lüneburg Heath in the village of Meißendorf, right next to Hüttenseepark in the nature reserve.<br><br>Nature lovers will find great hiking and biking trails right on their doorstep.<br><br>Numerous great destinations for day trips are just a few kilometres away—here you’ll find relaxation for all ages, and your best friend, the dog, is welcome too.<br><br>The nearest larger town is 7 km away in Winsen an der Aller, where you’ll find everything you need for daily life. There are several shopping options, doctors, and pharmacies.<br><br><br>Amenities:<br>The holiday home features an open-concept living and dining area with a TV and a fireplace for cosy evenings; our living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa where two additional guests can stay overnight.<br><br>The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a grill, toaster, coffee maker, and other kitchen utensils.<br><br>The bedroom is furnished with a large bed; in the adjoining room, there is a large closet where you can store various items.<br><br>The bathroom has been recently renovated and features a large, easily accessible walk-in shower.<br><br>A washing machine is located in a separate storage room.<br><br>Right next to the house, in the carport, there is a charging station for electric bikes. Roof boxes can also be stored here. The shelter can be locked.<br><br>Electric cars can also be conveniently charged here—the house has an 11 kW wallbox.<br><br><br>Outdoor area:<br>The outdoor area spans over 623 square metres and is open; it features a 6-square-meter terrace that’s directly connected to the house and is partially covered.<br><br>You can spend lovely evenings here. Of course, you’re also welcome to grill here.<br><br>The entrance area is also partially covered, so you won’t be out in the rain right away if the weather turns bad.<br><br><br>Special features:<br>Our house is equipped for electric vehicles and features an 11 kW wallbox as well as a wallbox for bicycles and scooters, allowing for safe and convenient on-site charging.<br><br>A baby cot can be provided upon request.<br><br>Smoking is not permitted inside the house. It is a smoke-free home.<br><br><br>Surroundings:<br>You’re in the Meißendorferteiche holiday area, located within a nature reserve—here you’ll find great walking paths, hiking trails, and bike paths.<br><br>The house is located near the Hüttenseepark campground, which features a great swimming area. It offers a sandy beach, a large playground, a snack bar, a restaurant, a fishing pond, and pedal boats. All of these are available during the peak season.<br><br>There is a kiosk at the campground.<br><br>Just a few minutes away is the NABU Gut Sunder.
