Gute Erholung und gemütliches wohnen
Wir haben uns im Vogelhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist für Familien perfekt eingerichtet und die Gastgeber immer ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ein großer Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein, eine Tischtennisplatte für ein wenig Bewegung und die Sauna zur Entspannung. Wir waren mit den Fahrrädern da und konnten vom Ferienhaus sehr gut die Umgebung und den Spreewald erkunden. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Nette Unterkunft in liebevoll saniertem Fachwerkhaus
wir haben hier einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub über den Jahreswechsel verbracht. Die Anreise war vollkommen unkompliziert und wir konnten trotz Versätung am Abend ganz bequem das Vogelhaus beziehen. In der Wohnung war vieles perfekt vorbereitet, von Handtüchern und Shamnpoos bis hin zu einer großen Auswahl von Gewürzen in der Küche. Alles war in bester Ordnung. Über die Geschichte des Hauses konnte man Interessantes nachlesen.Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war zu spüren, dass man als Gast willkommen ist.Die Gegend bietet zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten - vor allem mit dem Fahrrad. Deshalb würden wir gern zu einer wärmeren Zeit im Jahr einmal wiederkommen. Kleines Manko am Rande:Wir hatten uns dieses Objekt ausgesucht, weil es auf der Landkarte von Fewo-direkt unmittelbar am Waldrand eingezeichnet war. Leider stellte sich die tatsächliche Position vor Ort etwas anders dar, wofür die Gastgeber aber sicher keine Schuld trifft.

Liebevoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage für viele Ausflüge in und um den Spreewald.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage
Wir waren zu viert unterwegs, Familie mit zwei Jugendlichen. Dafür ist die Wohnung mit ihren zwei Schlafzimmern gut geeignet. Wir waren im Spätsommer dort, und es war wichtig, sich um Mücken- und Wärmemanagement zu kümmern. Mückengitter und Vorhänge sind dazu verfügbar.
Die sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Vermieterin wohnt direkt nebenan. Sie kam zu Beginn einmal vorbei, um uns kennen zu lernen, und uns alles zu zeigen. Danach ließ uns dann in Ruhe, war aber bei Fragen sofort verfügbar.
Die kleine Sauna haben wir nicht ausprobiert, das Bedürfnis dazu kam bei Außentemperaturen von 30° nicht auf. Auf Absprache konnten wir auch eine Waschmaschine nutzen, und die Wäsche auf einem Wäscheplatz auf dem Grundstück aufhängen.
Das Grundstück ist riesig und bietet mehr Möglichkeiten, als wir brauchten. Die Kinder waren gern auf dem großen und hochwertigen Trampolin, ansonsten haben wir uns gern nach innen verzogen oder auf dem großen Balkon gesessen.
Die Besonderheiten der Lage sollte man sich bewusst machen, bevor man eine längere Reise bucht. Calau liegt ruhig, etwa 10-15 Kilometer von den Highlights des Spreewalds entfernt. Die Kombination hat für uns funktioniert - mit dem Auto haben wir die touristischen Highlights der Umgebung besucht, um Abends wieder in die ruhige Basis zurückzukehren. Die Entfernung wäre auch fürs Fahrrad perfekt gewesen.
Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich für die angenehme Zeit bedanken.
