Comfort and strategic location. Two modern apartments side-by-side, renovated in 2023 for energy efficiency, with no stairs or steps, with spacious interiors functionally furnished for vacation use. The houses are located in an enviable quiet area of the White City, a stone's throw from the heart of the Old Town (two hundred meters away) and even less from the city bus stop to the sea and the train station, as well as two minutes from the main road junction that directs to the sea (6 km away), the highways to Brindisi and Bari, as well as the main streets of modern Ostuni.
Away from the chaotic summer traffic of the town center, the free parking allowed in front of the houses represents a rare precious commodity, for an Ostuni vacation home, compared to the restrictions imposed by the neighboring ZTL of the historic center and the relative insufficiency of parking spaces.
Pets are allowed (with prior notice). A camping crib is available upon request.
