Set amidst the tranquil backdrop of the Friedrich-Augustengroden—reclaimed from the sea in 1765—our holiday apartments, located right on the dike, offer an oasis of serenity. Away from the bustling Harlesiel-Horumersiel/Schillig beach road, a special atmosphere awaits you.

Your summer home—a 39 m² gem of relaxation—opens its doors to an inviting entryway featuring a coat rack and mirror. The bedroom promises pure relaxation—a cosy double bed, a closet, and a covered terrace surrounded by lush greenery invite you to dream and linger.

The open-concept kitchen, flooded with natural light, is not only functional but also a place of enjoyment. Here, state-of-the-art amenities such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, 4-burner hob, coffee maker, and microwave meet a cosy dining area with a sofa, table, and chairs. The view from the window reveals an idyllic garden that invites you to explore.

Your shower room, complete with a toilet and washing machine, guarantees comfort and practicality.
The apartment is comfortably heated by a central hot-water heating system, while the colour TV with satellite connection provides entertainment.

The highlight of your stay is the south-facing terrace, which is partially covered and surrounded by a spacious garden with a barbecue area. Here you’ll experience memorable moments surrounded by nature, where the silence is accompanied by the gentle rustling of leaves and birdsong.

Javenloch is a picturesque spot for unforgettable North Sea experiences! Surrounded by idyllic nature and breathtaking dikes, Javenloch offers numerous activities for relaxing days.

Explore the coastal landscape on leisurely walks along the dikes and immerse yourself in the Elisabeth-Außengroden Nature Reserve, which stretches just 1,500 metres north of Javenloch and merges seamlessly into the Wadden Sea. The proximity to the beaches of Harlesiel and Horumersiel/Schillig invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach, while bike tours through the flat Wangerland region offer the chance to explore the surroundings on well-maintained trails.

For water sports enthusiasts, nearby Hooksiel offers activities such as windsurfing and kitesurfing, while a visit to the Sielhafen in Harlesiel, with its cosy cafés and restaurants, is a cultural highlight. High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You’ll need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large shower towel, 1 small hand towel, and, in addition, for each holiday rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked), 1 shower mat (per bathroom) and 2 tea towels.

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest fee is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
