The open kitchen is integrated directly into the living area and equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle—ideal for self-catering. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and a hair dryer.

Outside, a covered patio and a garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue facilities invite you to linger. The approximately 250 m² fenced-in property ensures privacy and is particularly dog-friendly—one dog is welcome (€12.50 per night).

The location in Niendorf on the Baltic Sea is ideal: shopping options are about 300 m away. Restaurants, walking and biking trails, playgrounds, and opportunities for water sports and fishing are all in the immediate vicinity. The train station is about 7 km away and provides good transport options even without a car.

There is no parking space on the property, but public parking is within walking distance.
