The 100-square-meter apartment is located in an apartment building on the beautiful Lake Walen. It’s in an ideal location year-round—just cross the street and you’re at the beach to cool off or enjoy a beautiful sunset while taking a stroll. In the summer, we also offer a boat for rent for a fee. In just a 5-minute walk, you can reach the Unterterzen–Flumserberg cable car, which offers excellent skiing, biking, and hiking opportunities. Shopping is just a 2-minute walk away. Restaurants are also within walking distance.

The holiday rental is located on the ground floor and features two bedrooms (double bed/bunk bed); an additional sleeping option is the pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The living/dining area includes a fully equipped new kitchen with an oven, glass-ceramic stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, a Tchibo capsule coffee machine, toaster, fondue set, etc. Bathroom with shower, sink, and hair dryer. Living area with sofa bed, table, and TV with Netflix and Bluewin TV included.
Additionally, we offer a mid-stay cleaning service for a fee (35 CHF per hour)
The holiday rental is modern, newly renovated, and comfortably furnished. It has Wi-Fi throughout the entire apartment. Pets are not allowed; this is a non-smoking apartment.
