The apartment is located on the third floor of the well-maintained Hanseat 1 holiday complex, which is situated directly behind the dike. The fine sandy beach and the promenade are just a few steps away. From your balcony, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. The centre of Grömitz, with its pier and many cafés and restaurants, is just a few minutes’ walk away. A private parking space belonging to the apartment is available right in front of the building.

Spanning a cosy 46 square metres, this modern home awaits you in a prime location—freshly renovated in 2024 and furnished to a high standard. The perfectly laid-out apartment accommodates two people and is easily accessible via the lift. There are only six steps leading up to the building’s entrance.

Equipped with a cosy sleeper sofa and a spacious dining area, nothing stands in the way of a relaxing holiday. Enjoy an evening of TV with the modern TV lineup. Alternatively, a modern internet radio with Bluetooth is available.

The open, well-equipped kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, a combination oven and microwave, an air fryer, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, toaster, and a coffee and capsule machine (Tassimo).

The bedroom features a spacious closet, a high-quality box-spring bed, and another TV. A blackout blind ensures a restful night’s sleep.

Last but not least, enjoy the newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and a large mirror.

Two small dogs or one small and one medium-sized dog (up to 30 kg) are very welcome here! If you’re travelling with your little treasure, you can reach our dog-friendly beach (with beach chairs during the season) in just a few minutes.
