The first-class 3-room apartment impresses with its spacious living room, furnished with comfortable sofas, armchairs, a fireplace for cozy evenings, a TV and a large dining table. Particularly noteworthy is the partly covered, sunny balcony, which is accessible from the living room and offers a breathtaking view of Lake Walensee and the surrounding mountains. A sofa in the living room can also be converted into a sofa bed (90 x 200 cm), whereby the room can be separated by a practical folding organ wall to create privacy. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed (180x200 cm) and another TV, complemented by an adjoining bathroom, which is connected to the bedroom via a spacious changing room. The bathroom has a separate toilet, a shower, a bathtub and two washbasins. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a large wardrobe and its own bathroom, which includes a toilet, a shower and a bathroom sink. There is also a separate toilet in the accommodation, which increases living comfort. The closed kitchen offers everything your heart desires: an oven, an electric hob, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee machine (Nespresso), a toaster, a kettle as well as two fondue sets and a raclette set. Next to the kitchen is a large room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer, which makes everyday life easier. An iron and ironing board are also available. In addition to the staircase, access to the flat is also barrier-free with a passenger lift. Pets are not allowed in this flat, but smoking is permitted outside. The entire apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi internet, which makes your stay in this exquisite flat even more pleasant. A garage parking space with access from the stairwell and an outdoor parking space are reserved.

The village of Amden with its skiing and hiking area and indoor swimming pool can be reached by car or from the nearest bus stop "Weesen, See" (350 metres from the house) in about 10 minutes.
