This family-friendly holiday residence is located in the small town of Verbania Intra, right on the shores of Lake Maggiore. The location is the ideal starting point for a variety of excursions into the beautiful natural surroundings or to one of the historic towns around Lake Maggiore. The complex features a beautiful swimming pool with an included children’s area, as well as sunbathing areas with lounge chairs and umbrellas right on the lakefront. For the little ones, there is a playground as well as an indoor playroom. The complex also has direct beach access and a boat dock. The comfortably furnished apartments at the resort offer everything you need for your holiday. Use of the communal washing machine and dryer is available for a fee.
This beautiful three-room apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It features one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with three single beds. The sofa bed in the living area provides an additional sleeping option. A satellite TV is available. The fully equipped kitchen features an induction stove, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a coffee maker. The apartment’s two bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, and hair dryer. The apartment has a furnished balcony with a side view of the lake, perfect for relaxing. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 2 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The resort boasts a prime lakeside location and features a small stretch of beach.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
A baby cot and a high chair are available for rent (reservation required at the time of booking). This service incurs an additional fee.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
The resort features an adult swimming pool and an integrated children’s pool. Water sports such as pedal boats, canoes, and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) are also available on-site for a fee. A ping-pong table is available free of charge on the premises. The surrounding countryside is ideal for cycling, mountain biking, horseback riding, tennis, and golf. Nature lovers will find plenty to enjoy on long hikes or trekking tours.

The resort’s swimming pool, complete with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a breathtaking, unobstructed view of Lake Maggiore, provides a refreshing respite during the summer months.

The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen with an electric stove, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. Shopping options are also nearby. The complex features a spacious pool bar. Breakfast is available for an additional fee and can be booked on-site. In addition, there are a variety of restaurants in the area serving delicious Italian dishes.

SPECIAL INFORMATION
Guests at the Residenz Zust have free access to the Isolino e Continental campground, which features a spacious water park. Wearing a wristband is mandatory.
