New to the rental market since April 2024! This modernly furnished holiday rental is located on the ground floor and is accessible via a staircase. The apartment is situated in Oudkarspel, near the North Holland dune area and beach.
This spacious holiday rental offers every comfort you could wish for on holiday. After a wonderful day of sightseeing, you’ll feel right at home in this apartment, which has been furnished with great attention to detail.
Layout:
Living room with a smart TV and access to the rooftop terrace, which features a table and seating. Open-concept, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. Living room with comfortable seating and an adjoining bedroom (visually separated by a room divider—see photo) featuring a comfortable double bed (180 x 200), closet space, and a curtain.
One additional bedroom with a double bed, closet, and air conditioning, and another bedroom with two single beds and a closet. Bathroom with a shower, small bathtub, and heated mirror. Towels are provided.
Separate toilet with a sink.
You can park for free across from the apartment. There is also a charging station for your car.
You can store your bicycles in a shed.
Just around the corner, you’ll find a supermarket, a bus stop, a wellness centre, and a public car park with charging stations.
Smoking and gourmet dining are not permitted.

Gastgeber sehr freundlich, schöne Ferienwohnung,die Dachterasse war der Knaller leider konnten wir sie nicht viel nutzen da das Wetter im Oktober nicht so schön war um am Abend nach den langen Ausflügen sie noch nutzen zu können.Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub . Nochmals vielen lieben Dank an die freundlichen Gastgeber.Fam.Sanhen
