If you choose our Flat you choose cosiness, enough space, perfect panorama view overlooking Seefeld and the mountains, and more than full equipment.

The 3-room apartment has 65m ² plus ancillary spaces: a cozy living room with a beautiful dining area and comfortable (bed) couch, two bedrooms, each with shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a storage room and a room with washer and dryer. With garage parking

Although we are at the edge of forest where you can enjoy the sunny garden completely undisturbed and a wonderful panorama view , the center of Seefeld is only 10 minutes walking distance away. And the free-of-charge Shuttlebus stops every 40 minutes only one minute away.

The Apartment is well equipped with Toaster, Coffeemaker, Stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, high-definition satellite TV, radio and CD player, Roomsave, Books, Games, free broadband wireless internet and a cheap Internet phone. We provide towels and linen.

garden: Attached to the flat is a sunny garden with a gazebo, a hammock, a barbecue with dining area, a children´s swing, a ping pong table, garden chairs and couches.

child-friendly: Your children will feel comfortable with us, besides board and card games, Lego and a doll house, we also have a high chair and a crib. In the Garden is an outdoor swing, bowling balls, badminton and table tennis.

Charming stay for our family

We enjoyed the amenities and friendliness that came with our stay in Seefeld! Great little base camp for our explorations around Austria and northern Italy. Loved the views and the cozy inside that was the perfect amount of space for our family of 4. Thank you! Your town is beautiful!!

der berg ruft...The Mountain Calls

Panorama Apt Isser was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the mountains in view from deck. Robert Isser was welcoming and helpful. The apartment was well equipped and close to the center of Seefeld in Tirol. We had a great stay.

Great location to hike in the Alps

We stayed for 2 weeks to realize our dream of hiking in the Austrian Alps. The apartment was in an ideal location for us, with several hiking trails just minutes from our doorstep. We started each day with a 15 minute walk into town to get fresh rolls at the bakery for our breakfast. We enjoyed our meal sitting at the table in the garden, marveling at the expansive views across the valley in front of us. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a separate bathroom for each bedroom. Very considerate of the owner to provide a guest account for Netflix, too. We even played ping-pong in the garden on the two days we did laundry with the washing machine provided for guests. 5 stars.

Excellent stay at apartment Isser.

We stayed for a week at the apartment in Seefeld. We were lucky to have very good snow so had a fantastic time. The appartement is very comfortable for four people. Spacious and well appointed. We had everything we needed and were warm when it was minus 8 outside. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the owners were very nice. They live upstairs, but we had our own indépendant entrance. There was also a terrace and the views were out of this world. The location of the apartment is excellent. All in all a super place! We were very sad to leave. Our daughter learnt to ski and could walk to the area from the apartment. Very convenient. The only, minor thing, is that there were no English channels on the TV. Only news 24. But we would still return!

Excellent sejour dans ce gite sui surplombe la peite ville de Seefeld et qui offre une vue extraordinaire de cette très belle vallee. Nous ne connaissions pas le Tyrol mais c'est vraiment magnifique, calme et propre !Nous recommandons ce gite a 100 pour cent .

Prachtig uitzicht

Heel fijn. Peettig ontvangen door gastheer en vrouw. Ze laten je helemaal je eigen ding doen maar mocht er iets zijn kun je bij ze terecht. Erg prettig allemaal. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit het appartement. Echte aanrader en betaalbaar.

Wir haben als 4köpfige Familie 8 Nächte in der Wohnung der Familie Isser verbracht und können es nur bestens empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, sehr ruhige Lage in Wohnquartiert, die Vermieter sind supernett und helfen bei Fragen. Das Skigebiet ist mit dem Auto in 4-7 min erreichbar. Auch das Städtchen Seefeld ist sehr hübsch und lädt zum Flanieren udn Essen ein.

Super Ferienwohnung bei einer sehr, sehr netten Gastfamilie in einer wunderschönen Gegend

Wunderbare Lage des Hauses mit Rundumblick auf die Berge, ruhige Wohnung mit allem, was man im Urlaub braucht. Ideal die Lage im Erdgeschoß mit Ausgang in einen kleinen, eingezäunten Garten - vor allem für Hundebesitzer super. Wir hatten das Glück, morgens schon von der Sonne geweckt zu werden und die Bank sowie die Hollywoodschaukel vor dem Haus genießen zu können.

Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Alles liegt fußläufig in erreichbarer Nähe. Auch wenn wir eher, der kurzen Zeit wegen schnell mal mit dem Auto in den Ort gefahren sind. In der Wohnung hat uns nichts gefehlt.Preis/ Leistung hat gepasst. Die Sonnenaufgänge waren wunderbar.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit grandioser Aussicht

Die Begrüssung durch die Fam. Isser war sehr freundlich und die Ferienwohnung war gut und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Aussicht auf die Berge, vom Schlafzimmer und der Wohnstube aus, ist grandios. Unsere Hündin hat sich dort ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten ist eingezäunt, der Tisch und das Bänklein laden ein zum Geniessen der Aussicht. Wir können die Ferienwohnung der Fam. Isser von Herzen weiter empfehlen.

Perfekte Aussicht und Lademöglichkeit für E-Fahrzeuge vor Ort

Der Panorama-Ausblick aus der Objektbeschreibung ist Programm! Von Küche, Wohnraum und einem Schlafzimmer aus hat man einen sehr schönen Blick nach Osten über Seefeld und auf die Bergwelt dahinter. Der Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein, der Verkehrslärm aus Seefeld dringt in der Regel nur sehr gedämpft bis zum Haus hoch. Dank der Laube kann man auch bei Regen gut an der frischen Luft sitzen oder essen. Elektromobilisten aufgepasst: Ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal dürfte die Wallbox sein, die am unteren Carport zur Verfügung steht. Die Vermieter waren hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es war kein Problem, einen Schwung neue Handtücher außer der Reihe zu bekommen. Außerdem wurde uns für unsere jüngste Tochter ein Puppenhaus zur Verfügung gestellt. Positiv aufgefallen sind auch die gut platzierten Steckdosen, die das Aufladen der kleinen elektrischen Helferlein (Smartphones, Tablets, etc.) vereinfacht haben.

Urlaub mit Bergblick

gelungener Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Seefeld. Das Quartier liegt oberhalb am Rand des Ortes. Es bietet einen tollen Blick darüber. Herr Isser kümmert sich um seine Gäste, wir fanden allen Komfort vor. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig in 15min erreichbar, zum Seekirchl und dem Loipeneinstieg sind es 5min mehr.

Awesome views

A fabulous apartment, slightly out of town but better for it as it overlooks the town and valley onto the ski slopes. Everything you need in the apartment and Robert is helpful but only when asked, perfect. The forest walks are superb including lovely restaurants on the Olympic Nordic ski route. We visited Seefeld 47 years ago and don’t regret returning,

Great hosts

I had a lovely stay at the place. The hosts were great and very helpful. The town is nice. It was spring so it was not too busy . The Swarovski Crystal World is not too far away and that was a nice excursion for me. Innsbruck was about 30 minutes away and that was a cute place and no doubt fantastic for skiing.

Comfortable Chalet

The chalet is a little out of town and you have a one bedroom apartment with a separate bedroom and shower room across the hall. The Isser Family are very warm and welcoming, and there are many extras to make your stay comfortable. The outside space is excellent with barbecue, table tennis and chairs, also two eating areas.

Angenehme Ferienwohnung bei netten Gastgebern in schöner Umgebung!

Wir, 2 ältere Paare, hatten eine Ferienwohnung in der österreichischen Zugspitzregion gesucht. Nicht zuletzt wegen der guten Bewertungen hatten wir uns für diese Ferienwohnung entschieden. Wir waren nicht enttäuscht. Die Ferienwohnung ist in gutem Zustand und bietet alles, was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht: Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Kochgeschirr in bestem Zustand, Privatparkplatz, Terrasse, Garten usw. Die Lage ist sehr schön mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf die Berge, trotzdem nahe genug zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Dazu noch die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter - wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Top-Lage!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt, gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung und der nette Garten bieten einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und ließen es an nichts fehlen. Sämtliche Ausflugsziele der Region sind super zu erreichen. Wir haben den Urlaub in Seefeld sehr genossen.

Super séjour

Appartement conforme à la description, bien équippé et idéalement situé, facile d'acces. La vue ressemble à une carte postale, nous avons été accueilli par Véronika dans un français impécable. De nombreuses ballades de tous niveaux se font au départ du chalet ou de la station. Vous trouverez sur place tous types de commerces, le personel du syndicat d'iniciative parle correctement français. En résumé un trés beau séjour dans une trés belle région. Mercatini di Natale e non solo...

Lo scorso dicembre 2016 abbiamo trascorso quattro giorni a Seefeld, ospiti della Famiglia Isser. Una località tra le più suggestive delle alpi Austriache e, tra l'altro, facilmente raggiungibile perché la strada si inerpica senza alcun tornante. Come detto, siamo stati ospiti della Famiglia Isser che ci ha messo a disposizione un appartamento da...racconto del Natale: caldo, accogliente e ricco di ogni necessità (persino giochi per i bambini e tv-sat per i grandi...). Torneremo? MAGARI! TANKE

Stayed for a week in Apartment Isser which is a lovely, well equipped most comfortable apartment with stunning views. The Isser family are perfect hosts, there when you need them, otherwise let you get on with your holiday. Seefeld itself is a lovely town with lots of shops, restaurants and very good rail connections to locations in Austria, Switzerland, Germany and Italy, also well worth a visit is the Roshutte.
