About Audrey Curry
Lucas and Geneva: (Photo above) Our Dad did not buy this house, he designed and built it in 2003. Our family has lived in Santa Fe for a long time, we were born here and think it is just beautiful. Santa Fe has beautiful lush mountains and amazing desert. We love to ski in the winter at the Santa Fe Ski Basin and the summers are so pretty here. Our Parents (Tim and Audrey) manage the rentals themselves, they do not hire a management service that would charge additional fees. Dad is a designer/builder and Mom (Audrey) is a Realtor. Santa Fe is such a beautiful town, we think you will really love it here.

We'll be back.
Very nice 2BR 2BA home with GREAT parking (compared to everything else in Santa Fe). The internet and cable service work well. Floor heating for our one month stay was terrific. The TV is a bit smallish and does not have a spare HDMI input connection for those of us that bring our own Netflix subscriptions but that is a minor squawk. I am in SF for a month or two every winter, have rented four different homes over the last four years, and found this to be by far the cream of the crop. Thank you Audrey!
Ya Santa Fe
Overall, we enjoyed the location and set up of the home. However, it got below freezing and the ambient heating was not enough to heat the house. We were forced to purchase firewood, which was hard to start without any kindling. A few Blanket Throws would have been great for the living room. I think heaters would have helped a lot. If we spent more time in the home, the kitchen has a wonderful stove!
The house has radiant heat, all you would have needed to do is turn up the temperature on the thermostat.
Santa Fe getaway
Great location and lovely space. Would happily stay again.
My two small children and I, along with my older sister, very much enjoyed our stay. The home was welcoming, clean, spacious and worked well for having two small children go to bed earlier than the adults - very functional layout. The kitchen was well equipped, very close-in location with easy access to all we needed. Off-street parking was simple and very close to the front door. The fireplace was a treat to enjoy - and the style of home was exactly what we wanted to further enjoy our Sante Fe stay. We highly recommend!
In the winter, visit us for the fabulous skiing and snowboarding at Santa Fe Ski Basin-the best kept secret in the West! Located only 15 miles from Santa Fe-the ski area is only a 25 minute drive from our vacation home. Hiking, snow-shoeing, or cross-country skiing are also easily accessible, only 10 to 12 miles from Santa Fe. This ski area is a great resort-perfect for beginners or experts. Ski and snowboarding lessons and rental equipment is available right at the ski area.
A visit to Santa Fe should also include a visit to one or all of the many museums in our community. The Georgia OKeefe Museum is not-to-be missed-a world class museum offering a unique perspective on the work of this famed artist. The Museum of Fine Arts, the Folk Art Museum, and the Palace of the Governors also offer unique and varied works. In the Fall, the changing colors of the Aspens are visible from the city, or view the incredible display of 500 hot air balloons at the new Balloon Park in Albuquerqu
