The house, situated on a hillside, spans 110 square metres across three floors:
On the top floor, there are two bedrooms, each with two beds (plus an extra bed for children), a sunroom, and a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
On the middle level, there is a guest bathroom and a study with a sleeper sofa.
The lower level features a spacious living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and an utility room with a washing machine, dryer, an additional shower, and a bathroom.

The house is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, from fresh bed linens and towels to a fully equipped kitchen. Make yourself at home in our cosy and well-equipped holiday home. There are two parking spaces in front of the house.

Swimming is available at the nearby Klingelwiese natural swimming lake. Admission is free for guests staying at the house.
