What wonderful place to stay! Centrally located with every amenity I could ask for. I was traveling with my special needs son who needs a bit more time to pack up and get ready for a travel day. I asked the host Kyle if I could pay to increase the check out time from 10:00am to 12:00 noon. He told me no problem and it was complimentary. What an incredibly nice thing to do. I can’t wait to stay there again the next time we want to visit Universal Studios (which was so close I could practically walk). Thank you Kyle.
