Veranda - Haus Stenzinger

The light-filled, cosy “Veranda” apartment, with its fantastic view, offers 60 square metres of space for a wonderful holiday.
Enjoy the view of the Spree River flowing by from the sun-drenched kitchen-living room!
The “Veranda” has two separate bedrooms. The larger of the two, a walk-through room, features a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) for two people; the smaller one has a cosy bunk bed (140 cm x 200 cm) for two people.
The living room even has space for two additional guests on a sleeper sofa (130 cm x 200 cm), available upon special request and for an extra charge.
A modern bathroom—with a spacious, walk-in shower, a large sink, a toilet, and a window—ensures a comfortable start to the day and a relaxing start to the evening.
The living room, kitchen, and both bedrooms each have their own flat-screen TV.
Equipped with all the necessary amenities, the “Veranda” also warmly welcomes guests who are deaf or hard of hearing!



Holidaying here has a long tradition!
As early as 1926, the Stenzinger family welcomed their first holiday guests here on Mühlspreeweg in Burg Spreewald.
Since the fall of 2020, we—the Urban family—have had the great fortune to call this historic, beautiful farmstead our own, and we look forward to welcoming you for a wonderful holiday. 

Nestled in the countryside, with a large garden, its own boathouse, and a dock right on the Spree, our Haus Stenzinger is a holiday paradise... a place for the soul!
For all kinds of activities—by bike, on foot, or by boat— this is the perfect starting point, because the trail begins right at our front door!
We’d be happy to rent you our in-house paddleboats for wonderful tours on the Spree and its widely branching tributaries, the romantic Fließen.
Canoe rentals right on the property!

Our holiday apartments are perfectly equipped for a relaxed start to your day—each one features a well-stocked kitchen.
However, you’re welcome to book the “All-Inclusive Breakfast Experience” as an add-on; you’ll then enjoy a small, exquisite buffet featuring fresh delicacies from our kitchen and high-quality ingredients from our region.

Two free parking spaces are available for each holiday rental, and you can leave your car there with confidence until the end of your holiday, as public transport and various shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away. 
The charming little town centre of Burg is just a short walk away and awaits you with a variety of shops and cosy cafés.

Make yourself comfortable on the patios in our beautiful garden, cool off on hot days right in the Spree River right outside our door, or simply enjoy your time and the view from our charming apartments into the idyllic countryside of the Spreewald...



Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
