This beautiful, compact holiday apartment with an ocean view and a balcony is located in a prime location on the 2nd floor of the “Residenz am Yachthafen.” This holiday apartment comes with its own outdoor parking space.

Two adults and two children can enjoy a wonderful beach holiday here. Your dog is also welcome!

This apartment has two bedrooms: one with a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2 m), a closet, and a TV, and one with a bunk bed (two sleeping spaces, each 0.90 x 2 m). There’s also a modern bathroom with a shower and a separate guest bathroom. The combined living/dining room has a nice kitchenette—though it doesn’t have an oven or a dishwasher!

A special highlight is the children’s swimming pool in the basement. There’s also a sauna, a game room, and a foosball table. The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer for shared use.

Special feature: There’s a secret path to the beach via a staircase.
