We offer a ground-floor holiday rental with a modern interior, located near the beach and featuring a lake view.
The apartment is equipped with a bathroom with a shower and a separate kitchen. The living room and bedroom open onto a west-facing loggia.
Thanks to the permanently installed awning, the spacious loggia—furnished with teak furniture—invites you to linger, even when the sun isn't shining.
We provide the parking space next to the separate entrance free of charge.

Final cleaning is performed by the landlord and is subject to a flat fee of 65.00 €. This amount is included in the total price.

If you would like a linens package (towels and bed linens), a fee of 25.00 per person per stay applies. This amount must be paid in cash immediately upon arrival.
