Just a few minutes' walk from a beautiful natural swimming area on Lake Tollensesee, quietly situated within a holiday home settlement, slightly elevated on a hill with a beautiful view, the separate holiday home for up to 3 people is located on the approx. 270 m² recreational property. The popular cycle path around Lake Tollensesee is approx. 600 metres away. There is a small beach snack bar approx. 500 metres away at the natural harbour, and other amenities are approx. 6 km away in Penzlin.

The approx. 32 square metre non-smoking house, designed with lots of wood in the interior, has a large living room (sofa bed - extra bed for 1 person, chairs, dining table, flat screen TV, wood-burning stove with high output - 6 KW), a separate kitchen area (hob, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, coffee machine), a bedroom (2 single beds, fitted wardrobes) and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer, oil radiator available if required). There is also a furnished terrace in front of the entrance, a barbecue, sun loungers and further seating, a fireplace, a car park/carport and bicycle storage facilities on the adjoining, approx. 350 m² property.

The total price includes final cleaning, electricity, water costs, bed linen and towels. Firewood for a fire is available, additional wood is available for a fee. Pets are not allowed in this property.



The small district of Wustrow in the small town of Penzlin is located in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District, in the Tollense Basin nature reserve directly on Lake Tollensesee, the sixth largest and one of the cleanest lakes in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. In the immediate vicinity is the Nonnenhof nature reserve, which has been recognised as a European bird sanctuary since 1988. In addition to ample opportunities for swimming and water sports, there is a 35 km circular route around the entire Lake Tollensesee, which leads over picturesque hills, through meadows and forests, and is ideal for hiking and cycling. In the village itself, a burial mound offers a unique panoramic view of Lake Tollensesee, while the natural monument of the Unequal Sisters (an oak and a beech in symbiosis), a nature trail at Wustrow Bay and a small natural boat harbour are also interesting. Shopping facilities, snack bars and a restaurant can be found in Penzlin, approx. 6 km away, whose most famous landmark is a medieval castle complex. In addition to a museum on the subject of torture and witch-hunts, the castle also has a herb garden, a black kitchen where children's cookery courses are offered and a witches' playground for the little ones. The castle also hosts many medieval events that are known far beyond the city limits. Around 16 km away is the district town of the Mecklenburg Lake District, the four-gate city of Neubrandenburg, which offers many cultural facilities and events in addition to numerous other shopping facilities, various restaurants, cafés and pubs. Particular attractions here include St Mary's Church, known beyond the borders of Mecklenburg as a concert church, with its new organ and home to the Neubrandenburg Philharmonic Orchestra, the theatre and the Neubrandenburg Art Collection.
