Lovely well-equipped flat with generous spaces

Lovely well-equipped flat with generous spaces and a georgeous view of the sea and parts of the beautiful village and The Rock in Gibraltar. Exceeded our expectations by far. We enjoyed our stay and made use of the pool as well. The host was kind and made sure that everything went smoothly.

Ottimo appartamento, pulito con vista mozzafiato. Ogni descrizione e foto conformi e reali. Comunicazione col proprietario rapida e molto cordiale, una bella persona che come noi condivide la compagnia con un bel cane. Nel caso passassi da quelle parti sicuramente ricontatterò la proprietaria tramite VRBO.

Wir buchten die Wohnung für 17 Tage im Juli für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder.Die Vermieterin schickte uns den Schlüssel vor unserem Abflug zu. Dadurch war unsere Anreise völlig entspannt. Durch die gute Infastruktur verlief die Anreise zügig und problemlos. Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen und besticht durch ihren fantastischen Blick und die riesige, sonnige Terasse. Zur Begrüßung steht alles bereit und empfängt einen, mit einem "zu Hause ankommen - Gefühl". Alcaidesa bietet alles, um einen unbeschwerten Urlaub verbringen zu können - es gibt viele Restaurants, auch am Strand und einen gut sortierten Supermarkt. Der Weg zum Strand dauert ca. 15 Minuten und erfordert keine große Anstrengung. Herrlich warm erwartete uns ein Pool, der oft sogar völlig leer war. Überraschend war das kühle Meer und ein stetiger Wind, der Unternehmungen begünstigt. Viele herrliche Ausflugsziele werden in einem Hefter von der Vermieterin beschrieben und sind sehenswert. Die Komunikation mit der Vermieterin ist herzlich. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gern weiter!

The apartment was lovingly furnished and decorated, and I thoroughly enjoyed the very large private terrace with its magnificent sea views. The pool area at the back was also very nice. The location was perfect for my needs, near my family’s house and not far from the center of Alcaidesa and the beach. Everything I needed was there, and a lot of useful information provided too. The owner was very helpful and friendly (as was the estate agent who dealt with access etc). I had a wonderful stay and hope to be able to stay at "De Anita" again.

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und toll ausgestattet. Also nur noch Koffer auspacken und der Urlaub kann beginnen. Hier merkt man sofort, dass die Eigentümer auch selbst dort wohnen, eben fast wie zuhause.Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach traumhaft. Uneingeschränkter Meerblick bis zum Felsen von Gibraltar und es gibt immer was zu entdecken. Fernglas nicht vergessen.Obwohl die Anlage im Hang gebaut ist, sind Abendspaziergänge auch ohne große Anstrengung möglich. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Poolanlage sah sehr gepflegt aus, obwohl wir nur das große 'Becken' genutzt haben. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Hemos estado una semanita muy agusto. El apartamento es increíble,cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle. Es como estar en casa,no se hecha en falta nada. Las vistas desde la terraza impresionantes.Totalmente recomendable y el anfitrión muy pendiente y fácil de contactar.

Toll ausgestattete Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Sie ist mit liebevollen Details und allen denkbaren Utensilien für Küche und Bad, vielen Handtüchern und sogar etlichen Grundnahrungsmitteln ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der deutschen Besitzerin gestaltete sich für uns als ebenfalls Deutsche sehr einfach und war überaus freundlich. Wir haben den Pool am Haus sowie die große Terasse mit Meerblick in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Wohnung ist so gelegen, dass man möglichst ein Auto haben sollte, dann kann man viele schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen - sowohl bezüglich Natur als auch bezüglich interessanter Städte ist hier viel geboten. Man kommt aber auch zu Fuß in 20 Minuten an den Strand. Der Rückweg geht dann allerdings relativ steil bergauf - dafür hat man dann von der Wohnung aus den schönen Weitblick auf den Ort und das Meer.
