Vacation apartment 22a - Haus Sonneneck 2 apartments - 500 m² fenced garden

The family-friendly Sonneneck holiday home in Karlshagen (approx. 60 square metres and equipped with underfloor heating), spread over two floors, features a combined living room/dining room with a modern, open kitchen, which is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer combo, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, various cooking utensils and dishes.
The living area, which accommodates 4 people, is equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player.
The adjacent sunny patio, furnished with a table, 4 chairs, a parasol, and a grill, is perfect for enjoying a leisurely breakfast and relaxing.
A children’s toilet seat and a step stool can be provided free of charge upon request.
An additional travel cot with an extra mattress can be booked for a one-time fee of €15.00, and a high chair can be booked for a one-time fee of €5.00. There is no stair gate in this house.
A separate bathroom and an utility room with a washing machine and a clothes rack are also located on the ground floor.
The upper floor features two bedrooms equipped with fly screens (1 x double bed with a one-piece mattress: 1.40 x 2.00 m, 1 x two single beds: 0.90 x 2.00 m each—each bed has a four-season comforter and a pillow) as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A hair dryer is available for use.
The initial supply of bedding and towels can be booked for an additional 20.00 EUR per person. Children’s bedding is not provided. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Since we are now receiving an increasing number of requests for holidays with dogs, one pet is permitted in this holiday rental from January through the end of June and from mid-September through December. Please contact us if you plan to bring additional pets. During peak season, dogs are generally not permitted.
If arriving with a dog during the above-mentioned permitted period, please add the following to your booking:
• Pet cleaning fee: 25.00 EUR
• one pet per day: 6.00 EUR



The modern and tastefully furnished Sonneneck Karlshagen holiday home (built in 2013) in the Am Hasenwinkel complex is 120 m² in size (divided into 2 living units, each accommodating 4 people) and features a 500 m² fenced-in garden.
Each holiday apartment comes with the following amenities:
a large, sunny play and sunbathing area with a swing and sandpit
one grill per unit
one storage shed per unit (in the garden, lockable)
Bicycle racks
A large laundry area behind the house
Underfloor heating in all rooms
One free Pparking space on the property
There are no additional charges for electricity, heating, or water
You are responsible for cleaning the holiday rental during your stay. On the day of departure, the apartment must be left swept clean. We will provide you with the necessary cleaning supplies. A starter supply of filter bags, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, and toilet paper is provided; you also do not need to bring salt and pepper. Of course, you can quickly pick up everything else at the local supermarkets, which are also open on Sundays during the high season.

The initial supply of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be added to your reservation for a fee.
One pet is welcome in Holiday Rental 22a outside the peak season for an additional fee.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
